The D.A.T.A lab supports the research and educational activities of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Ioannina in the scientific field of data management and mining. Specifically, our expertise covers the management and mining of complex data (including spatio-temporal, time-series, graph, and textual data), social networks, user generated content mining, data exploration, preferences diversity and ranking as well as information systems engineering, data warehousing (ETL and OLAP), and data visualization.
